Goldstone Technologies Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 10, 2014, inter alia, to :<br/><br/>- Consider, take on record and approve the Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2014.<br/><br/>As per the Goldstone Technologies Limited - Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading read with Securities Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company will remain closed for the purpose of declaration of Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2014 for all the Designated Employees, Departmental Heads and Directors of the Company from November 07, 2014 to November 11, 2014.
