Gontermann Peipers India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 11, 2014, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2014.<br/><br/>Further, as per the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading laid down by the Company pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company was closed for the Directors and Designated Employees of the Company w.e.f. July 08, 2014 and the Trading Window will reopen 24 hours after the publication of the aforesaid financial results.
