Good Luck Steel Tubes Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 23, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the following:<BR><BR>1. The Audited financial result of the Company for the year ended March 31 2015;<BR><BR>2. Recommendation of final dividend, if any, for the year 2014-15.<BR><BR>Pursuant to this, the Company has decided that the trading window will be closed for insiders covered under the Company's Code Of Conduct For Prevention Of Insider Trading from May 13, 2015 and will ended 24 hours after the result are made public on May 23, 2015.
