Good Luck Steel Tubes Ltd has informed BSE that pursuant to the forthcoming meeting of the Board of Directors to be held on January 19, 2015, inter alia, to consider the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended on December 31, 2015, the Company has decided that the trading window will be closed for insiders covered under the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading from January 08, 2015 and will end 24 hours after the results are made public on January 19, 2015.
