Granules India Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on January 28, 2017, inter alia, to consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results for the third quarter ended December 31, 2016 and the payment of third interim dividend for the FY 2016-17, if any.<BR><BR>Further, the Company has informed that Insider Trading Window of Granules India Limited is closed from January 20, 2017 to January 30, 2017 (both days inclusive) in view of the above mentioned Board Meeting.
