Granules India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 28, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the Un-Audited Financial Results for the third quarter ended December 31, 2014.<BR><BR>Further, the Company also inform that as per the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992 and the Company Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window of the Company will remain closed from December 31, 2014 to January 29, 2015 (both days inclusive) in view of the Board Meeting scheduled to be held on January 28, 2015 as aforesaid.
