Graphite India Ltd has informed BSE that, on October 29, 2014 the Company have received an intimation from Emerald Company Ltd that the process of transfer of 9,26,71,438 shares (47.432%) pursuant to scheme of amalgamation has been completed.<br/><br/>With its current holding of 2,06,65,549 shares (10.578%) of the Company, Emerald co. Ltd. after the aforesaid transfer holds 11,33,36,987 shares (58.010%).<br/><br/>The Company has become a subsidiary of Emerald Company Ltd/
