With reference to the earlier letter dated June 10, 2015, Grasim Industries Ltd has now informed BSE that the Scheme of Amalgamation of Aditya Birla Chemicals (India) Ltd with Grasim Industries Ltd has been sanctioned by the Hon'ble High Court of Madhya Pradesh, Bench Indore on October 09, 2015.<BR><BR>The Certified copy of Order has been received by the Company on October 19, 2015.<BR><BR>The sanction of the Scheme of Amalgamation by this Order will be subject to the Outcome of the Petition filed by Aditya Birla Chemicals (India) Limited (Transferor Company) before the Jharkhand High Court.
