Gravita India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 28, 2014, has discussed and approved the Allotment of 59462 equity shares of the Company @ of Rs. 2/- each to the employees of the Company and its subsidiaries to whom option were granted under Gravita Employee Stock Option Scheme 2011 and in respect of which Company has received the application form along with the Application Money from the respective employees.
