Great Eastern Shipping Company Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Debenture Issue Committee is scheduled to be held on April 29, 2016, to consider the issue of Unsecured Non Convertible Debentures upto an amount not exceeding Rs. 500 crore in two tranches in the month of May 2016 by way of private placement.
