| Greaves Cotton Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 31, 2014, inter alia, has approved :<br/><br/>1. the appointment of Ms. Monica Chopra as an Additional Director with effect from August 01, 2014 to hold the Office till the next Annual General Meeting of the Company.<br/><br/>2. the appointment of Ms. Monica Chopra as a Whole-time Director of the Company with effect from August 01, 2014 for a period of three years, subject to the approval of the Shareholders.<br/><br/>3. the following policies in compliance with the requirements of the revised Clause 49 of the Listing Agreement:<br/><br/>a.
