Greaves Cotton Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 06, 2014, inter alia, has declared a second interim dividend at the rate of Rs. 0.40 per equity share of Rs. 2 each for the financial year 2013-14. The total interim dividend for the financial year 2013-14 including the first interim dividend of Rs. 0.30 will be Rs. 0.70 per equity share of Rs. 2 each.<br/><br/>The second interim dividend will be paid on or after March 05, 2014 to the Shareholders of the Company.
