Greaves Cotton Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from August 01, 2015 to August 06, 2015 (both days inclusive) (Revised) for the purpose of Payment of Final Dividend & 96th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on August 06, 2015 instead of August 20, 2015 as informed earlier.<BR><BR>Further, the final dividend, if approved by the Shareholders, will be paid on or after September 02, 2015.
