Greenply Industries Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 05, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2014.<BR><BR>Further, the Trading window is closed with immediate effect on January 19, 2015 and will be reopened on February 06, 2015 after expiry of 24 hours of submitting the above referred Financial Results of the Company to the Stock Exchanges on February 05, 2015.
