GRM Overseas Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 30, 2014, inter alia, has recommended Dividend subject to the approval of shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company @ 20% on 36,89,500 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each (i.e. Rs. 2/- per Equity Share).
