Gruh Finance Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has on May 21, 2016, allotted 14,660 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each pursuant to exercise of stock options by employees.<BR><BR>Post the above allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company would stand at Rs. 72,73,92,800 consisting 36,36,96,400 equity shares of Rs. 2 each.
