This is to inform you that Mr. Keerthy Jaya Tilak, Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company has tendered his resignation from the Company with effect from close of business hours of 10th August, 2017.<BR> <BR> The Company has recently inducted two new Directors on the Board, Mr. A Prabhakara Rao (Non-Executive Additional Independent Director) and Mr. Padmarao G.S. Lakkaraju (Non-Executive Additional Independent Director) in the meeting of the Board held on 08th August, 2017. With the resignation of Mr. Patri Venkataramakrishna Prasad, Non-Executive Non-Independent Director (Resigned w.e.f 08th August, 2017), and Mr. Keerthy Jaya Tilak, Non-Executive Independent Director (Resigned w.e.f 10th August, 2017), the total strength of the Board of Directors of the Company as on date is seven members. <BR> <BR> You are requested to kindly take the same on record.<BR>
