Appointment of Mrs. Nihitha Nagajayanthi as an Additional Independent Non-Executive Director.<BR><BR>2. To take note of Change in designation of Mr. PVRK Prasad from an Independent Director to a Non-Independent Non-Executive Director.<BR><BR>3. Appointment of Mr. Lalit Kumar Tiwari as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer in place of Mr. Sai Krishna Narla.
