With reference to the news appeared in The Economic Times on June 29, 2015 captioned "Lenders Weigh Option to take control of GTL infrastructure", GTL Infrastructure Ltd has Clarified to BSE as under:<BR><BR>"The Company denies having knowledge of lenders weighing options to take control of GTL Infrastructure Limited. The article under consideration seems to be motivated with an intention to cause harm & damage to our Group, Company and Promoters and appropriate response is being initiated separately against the said publication.<BR><BR>We further wish to clarify that the said article contains incorrect and misleading reference of the Company as well. Please note that<BR><BR>1. The Company is taking all necessary steps for servicing its CDR debt obligations amounting to Rs. 3,414 Cr. as on March 31, 2015.<BR><BR>2. Therefore, the question of Company's debt being classified as non-performing by any of the CDR Lenders does not arise."
