GTL Infrastructure Ltd has informed BSE that the Committee of the Company at its meeting held on April 10, 2014 has considered and allotted 1,855,418 equity shares consequent upon conversion of 342 FCCBs of US$ 1,000 each (Conversion A Bonds) at a conversion price of Rs. 10 per share, in terms of the Offering Circular dated October 17, 2012 for issue of US$ 111,740,000 Zero Coupon Compulsorily Convertible Bonds due 2017 (Series A Bonds).
