GTL Infrastructure Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has entered into Master Services Agreement (MSA) for tower infrastructure sharing with Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited ("Reliance Jio"), a subsidiary of Reliance Industries Limited ("RIL").<br/><br/>In this regard, the Company has submitted to BSRE a copy of the Press Release dated September 18, 2014, titled "Reliance Jio and GTL Infra sign Tower Infrastructure Sharing Deal"<br/>
