GTL Infrastructure Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on November 04, 2014, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter and Half year ended September 30, 2014.<br/><br/>Further, in terms of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992 and Company's internal code of conduct for prevention of insider trading, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company will remain closed for Directors/ Officers and designated employees of the Company from the closure of business hours of October 27, 2014 to the closure of business hours of November 05, 2014.
