GTL Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 11, 2015, inter-alia, to consider Unaudited Financial Results on standalone basis for the Quarter ended June 30, 2015 (Q1).<BR><BR>Further, in compliance with Clause 36 of the Listing Agreement and in terms of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Companys internal code of conduct for prevention of insider trading, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company will remain closed for Directors / Officers and designated employees of the Company from August 03, 2015 till August 13, 2015 (both days inclusive).
