This is further to our letter bearing Ref. No. GTL/CS-SE/2016-17/028 dated December 7, 2016.<BR> <BR> The Company has further published a Notice to shareholders dated June 24, 2017, which appeared in newspapers 'Free Press Journal' (English) and 'Navshakti' (Marathi), pursuant to Section 124(6) of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Rule 6 of the Investor Education & Protection Fund Authority (Accounting, Audit, Transfer & Refund) Rules, 2016, regarding provisions under which equity shares of the Company, in respect of which dividend for FY 2009-10 remained unpaid / unclaimed for seven consecutive years or more, would be required to be transferred by the Company to the IEPF Suspense Account. <BR> <BR> Inadvertently, copies of the said Notice remained to be filed with the stock exchanges at the relevant time and copies of the same are now attached hereto with a request to take this communication on record.<BR>
