Gufic Biosciences Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 27, 2014, inter alia, has approved the following business:<br/><br/>1. Board has recommended a dividend of Re. 0.05 per share on equity share of Rs. 1/- each as a final dividend for the Financial Year 2013-14.<br/><br/>2. Resignation of Mr. Khantilal Sanghavi from the Directorship of the Company.<br/><br/>3. Appointment. of Mr. Shreyas K. Patel as an additional director (non-executive Independent Director) of the Company.
