With reference to the above subject matter, please find enclosed herewith copies of Issuance of final reminder notice to the concerned shareholders given by the Company as per provisions of IEPF (Accounting, Audit, Transfer and Refund) Rules, 2016; ('Principle Rules, 2016'); subsequently amended by the IEPF (Accounting, Audit, Transfer and Refund) Amendment Rules, 2017, ('Principle Rules along with IEPF Rules') and Section 124(6) of the Companies Act, 2013, requesting shareholders to claim their unpaid/unclaimed dividends so as to save/protect their shares being transferred to designated Demat Account of IEPF Authority ('IEPF Account'). <BR> <BR> <BR>
