Gujarat Apollo Industries Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 30, 2016, to consider & take on record the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2016, to consider & recommend dividend for the financial year 2015-16, if any, to review the Performance of the Company and to discuss any other business, if any.<BR><BR>Further, in accordance with Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading framed by the Company pursuant to Regulation 9 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for all directors, officers and designated employees of the Company from May 23, 2016 till June 01, 2016 (both days inclusive). The trading window shall reopen on June 02, 2016.
