Gujarat Apollo Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 13, 2015, inter alia, has approved the following:<BR><BR>1. Subject to approval of members at the general meeting, the Board of Directors have proposed to re-appoint Mrs. Nayna A. Patel, Additional Director of the Company to Director;<BR><BR>2. Subject to approval of members at the general meeting, the Board of Directors have proposed to re-appoint Mr. Naman Patel, Additional Director of the Company to Director.<BR><BR>3. Gujarat Apollo Industries Limited along with Apollo Earthmovers Limited (Wholly Owned Subsidiary of GAIL) has acquired 17.88% and 37.83% stake respectively in Apollo Agro Industries Limited i.e. 55.71% stake. Board recorded the same.
