Gujarat Gas Company Ltd has informed BSE that in terms of the approval under the Companies Act 2013, the Company has obtained an extension of time for holding its Annual General Meeting (AGM) for adoption of accounts for financial year ended on March 31, 2014. Accordingly, the Company will be holding its AGM on or before November 21, 2014.<br/><br/>The date of AGM will be intimated in due course.
