| Gujarat Narmada Valley Fertilizers & Chemicals Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors was held on May 21, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Annual Financial Results for the year ended March 31, 2015. The Board, at the said Meeting approved all Agenda Items except Agenda Item relating to consideration and approval of Audited Annual Financial Statement for the Financial Year 2014-15 and recommendation of dividend, if any, and decided to defer the said Agenda Item for being considered at the adjourned Board Meeting to be held on May 28, 2015 for the purpose of considering the aforesaid deferred Agenda Item.<BR><BR>In view of the above, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will now remain closed up to May 30, 2015 and the same will re-open on May 31, 2015. | |
