With reference to earlier announcement by the Company dated 29/9/2017 regarding Delisting of Global Depositary Receipts (GDRs) and Termination of Depositary Agreement made with BNY Mellon, it is to inform that the Company had served a Notice on BNY Mellon, the Depositary to end the GDR Program by termination of Deposit Agreement in respect of its GDRs. Upon issue of Termination Notice on October 11, 2017 by BNY Mellon to the Holders of GDRs, the Company applied to Luxembourg Stock Exchange (LSE) to seek delisting of GDRs from their Official List and withdrawal of their trading on the Regulated Market. The Company has now been informed by LSE that in view of Termination of Depositary Agreement, they will de-list GDRs of the Company from their official list, which will be effective on December 12, 2017.
