Gujarat Sidhee Cement Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 27, 2016, inter alia, to consider Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2016.<BR><BR>Further, pursuant to the provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of Indi (prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Gujarat Sidhee Cement Limited-Code for Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders, the Trading Window for dealing (acquisition / sale / pledge) in the shares of the Company shall remain closed from May 19, 2016 to the closing of business hours on May 27, 2016 on account of Board meeting referred above.
