| Gujarat State Fertilizers & Chemicals Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 24, 2016, for approving the Audited Annual Accounts / Financial Results of the Company for the Financial Year ended March, 2016 and recommendation of Dividend, if any, on the Equity Shares of the Company for the Financial Year 2015-16.<BR><BR>Further, the Trading Window shall remain closed from May 16, 2016 to May 26, 2016. The trading window closure is pursuant to Clause 6 of the Code of Conduct on Insider Trading Regulations. The Trading Window shall reopen from May 27, 2016. Dealing involving the purchase or sale of the Company shares by the connected person/designated employees of the Company including their relatives during the window closure period is prohibited. | |
