| Gujarat State Fertilizers & Chemicals Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 14, 2015 inter alia, for:<BR><BR>1. Approving the Audited Annual Accounts / Financial Results of the Company for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2015, and<BR><BR>2. Recommendation of Dividend, if any, on the Equity Shares of the Company for the Financial Year 2014-15.<BR><BR>In view of the ensuing Board Meeting proposed to be held on May 14, 2015 to take on record the Audited Financial Results for the year ended on March 31, 2015 Trading Window shall remain closed from May 06, 2015 to May 16, 2015. The trading window closure is pursuant to Clause 5.1. of the Code of Conduct on Insider Trading Regulations. The Trading Window shall reopen from May 17, 2015. Dealing involving the purchase or sale of the Company shares by the connected person/designated employees of the Company including their relatives during the window closure period is prohibited. | |
