| Gujarat State Fertilizers & Chemicals Ltd has informed BSE that as approved by the Board of Directors vide its Meeting dated March 18, 2015, the Company has appointed M/s Link Intime India Pvt. Ltd., Baroda as the new Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA) of the Company from July 10, 2015.<BR><BR>Accordingly, after completion of required formalities with National Depositories Limited (NSDL) and Central Depository Limited (CDSL), the RTA of the Company shall be changed from M/s. MCS Limited to M/s Link Intime India Private Limited.<BR><BR>The existing RTA, M/s. MCS Limited, Baroda will continue to provide the Share Registry Services to the Shareholders of the Company until the requisite confirmations are received from NSDL and CDSL.<BR><BR>The Contact details of new RTA, M/s Link Intime India Pvt.
