| With reference to earlier letter dated June 27, 2014 regarding Cut-off date for e-voting, Gujarat State Fertilizers and Chemicals Ltd has now informed BSE that:<br/><br/>In terms of Clause 35B of the Listing Agreement, which provides to extend e-voting facility to the shareholders as specified in the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014, the Company has fixed June 30, 2014 instead of June 27, 2014, as a cut-off date to record the entitlement of the shareholders to cast their vote electronically at the 52nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled to be held on August 08, 2014. Hence the option for voting by show of hands shall not be made available to Shareholders' attending the 52nd Annual General Meeting. | |
