The Board of Directors of our Company at its meeting held on today i.e. 11-11-2017 has also considered and approved the following business:<BR> <BR> a) Resignation of Dr. GVK Reddy as Managing Director of the Company who will continue on the Board as a Non-Executive Chairman whose office is liable to retire by rotation.<BR> <BR> b) Appointment of Mr. P V Prasanna Reddy (DIN:01259482) as Whole-time Director of the Company for a period of three years from 11-11-2017 to 10-11-2020 without any remuneration subject to approval of shareholders, who will be one of the Key-managerial Personnel (KMP) as per Section 203 of Companies Act, 2013.<BR>
