Gyscoal Alloys Ltd has informed BSE that as per the requirement of Section 203 of Companies Act, 2013 the board of directors at their meeting on May 21, 2014 took note of Key Managerial Personnel and hence Mr., Manish Shah who is Whole Time Director (under companies act) and CFO (as per listing agreement requirement) of the Company is now also CFO u/s Section 203 of Companies Act, 2013 w.e.f. June 02, 2014.<br/><br/>Thus the Board took note of his designation as Whole Time Director and Chief Financial Officer u/s 203 of Companies Act, 2013.
