| Hathway Bhawani Cabletel & Datacom Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is proposed to be held on August 12, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2015; and<BR><BR>In terms of Code of Conduct of the Company for Prevention of Insider Trading, framed pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain close for declaration of Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2015 for all Specified Persons (Including Directors) from August 05, 2015 and shall remain closed upto August 14, 2015. Accordingly all the Specified Persons (Including Directors) of the Company have been intimated not to enter into any transaction involving the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window. | |
