| Hathway Bhawani Cabletel & Datacom Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is proposed to be held on February 10, 2017, inter alia, to consider and approve the Un-audited Standalone Financial Results for the quarter ended December 31, 2016.<BR><BR>Further, in terms of Code of Conduct of the Company for Prevention of Insider Trading, framed pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading] Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for declaration of the Un-audited Standalone Financial Results for the quarter ended December 31, 2016 for all Specified Persons (Including Directors) from, February 03, 2017 and up to February 12, 2017 (both days inclusive). Accordingly all the Specified Persons (Including Directors] of the Company have been intimated not to enter into any transaction involving the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window. | |
