Appointment of Mr. Samson Jesudas as Director with effect from March 12, 2014 to fill the casual vacancy created due to resignation of Mr. Samson Jesudas.<br/><br/>3. Appointment of Mr. Samson Jesudas as Joint Managing Director for a period of three years with effect from March 12, 2014 to March 11, 2017.<br/><br/>4. Postal Ballot pursuant to provisions of Section 192A of the Companies Act, 1956 read with the Companies (Passing of resolution by Postal Ballot) Rules, 2001, for seeking approval of members for appointment of Mr. Samson Jesudas Joint Managing Director. | |
