Hathway Cable & Datacom Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 26, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Consolidated and Standalone Financial Results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2016;<BR><BR>Further, In terms of the Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders, framed pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for all Specified Persons from May 19, 2016 to May 28, 2016 (both days inclusive). Accordingly, the specified persons of the Company have been intimated not to enter into any transaction involving the securities or deal in securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.
