Hathway Cable & Datacom Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 11, 2015, inter alia, has considered and approved the appointment of Ms Ameeta Parpia, pursuant to provisions of Section 149 (1) of the Companies Act, 2013 and Clause 49 (II) (A) of the Listing Agreement as Independent Director of the Board of the Company.
