HATSUN AGRO PRODUCT LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 18/12/2019 ,inter alia, to consider and approve 1) The receipt of First and Final Call Money from the Shareholders of the Company holding Partly Paid Up Equity Shares and the utilization of Money received through Rights Call;<BR> <BR> 2) The Conversion of Partly Paid up Equity Shares in to Fully Paid Up Equity Shares pursuant to the receipt of Rights Call Money;<BR> <BR> 3) Issue of Forfeiture Notice to the Shareholders holding Partly Paid Up Equity Shares and who have not paid the First and Final Call Money.
