Hatsun Agro Product Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is convened on May 07, 2014, inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2014.<br/><br/>Further, in terms of the Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for all directors/officers/designated employees of the Company immediately on submission of this notice to the Stock Exchange and would open 24 hours after the announcement of financial results to the public.
