Havells India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 27, 2016, inter alia, has transacted the following :<BR><BR>- Subsequent to the shareholders approval by way of special resolution(s) passed through postal ballot / e-voting on January 18, 2016, the transaction(s) of<BR><BR>- sale of shares by the Companys wholly owned subsidiary Havells Holdings Limited with respect to 80% of its stake in Havells Malta Limited (excluding its subsidiaries based in United States, Brazil, Chile and Thailand) to INESA UK Limited, an affiliate of Shanghai Feilo Acoustics Co. Limited and<BR><BR>- sale of shares by the Company with respect to 80% of its stake in its wholly owned subsidiary Havells Exim Limited to Shanghai Feilo Investment Co. Ltd, an affiliate of Shanghai Feilo Acoustics Co. Limited<BR><BR>have been completed and funds have been received.
