| Havells India Ltd has informed BSE that the Company in terms of the "Part B - Havells Employees Stock Purchase Plan 2014" of the Havells Employees Long Term Incentive Plan 2014 ('LTIP 2014), which is administered by Havells Employees Welfare Trust (EW Trust), has granted 1,01,857 Equity Shares of Re. 1/- each, on April 23, 2015 to the eligible employees.
