Hawkins Cookers Ltd has informed BSE that as per the Company's Code of Conduct to Prevent Insider Trading, framed pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, the Trading Window will be closed from April 01, 2014, to May 28, 2014, both days inclusive, for all the Directors and Designated Employees of the Company and/or their dependents, for the purpose of declaration of the Audited Financial Results for the year 2013-14, and dividend, if any. Accordingly, all the Directors and Designated Employees of the Company have been intimated not to enter into any transaction involving the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period.
