HB Estate Developers Ltd has informed BSE that as per the Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading read with Securities Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 1992, the Trading window for dealing in Equity Shares of the Company shall remain closed for all the Directors and designated Employees of the Company from July 24, 2014 to August 14, 2014 (both days inclusive) in view of the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company scheduled to be held on August 12, 2014, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2014.
