As per the Company's Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders read with Securities Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the 'Trading window' for dealing in Equity Shares of the Company shall remain closed for all the Directors, Designated Employees of the Company and their immediate relatives from 08th May, 2017 to 30th May, 2017 (both days inclusive) in view of the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company scheduled to be held on 29th May, 2017, inter-alia, to consider and take on record the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and Financial Year ended on 31st March, 2017.
